The importance of making certain that the Strategic Plan drives deliberations and decisions has given rise to the creation of the ad hoc Strategic Plan Implementation Committee (SPIC) whose responsibilities already are underway in providing the Board of Directors with requested counsel and clarity regarding the on-going integration of the Strategic Plan.

I am eager to begin serving as Chair of the Strategic Plan Implementation Committee, an ad hoc committee of the board charged with driving successful implementation of this plan. I, along with my fellow committee members, am committed to this endeavor and am prepared to hold leadership accountable.
